Belleair Bluffs, FL (April 9, 2020) – Seminole Financial Services announces today the closing of a $15.85 million mezzanine loan to fund the construction of The Villas at Old Monrovia. The Villas is a low-density multifamily development that will sit on approximately 25+ acres of land on Old Monrovia Road in Huntsville, Alabama. The site plan for this development incorporates a “new urbanism” style neighborhood with sidewalks and pedestrian-friendly features. This cottage community will be comprised of lofts, single-story cottages, standalone three-bedroom cottages and two-story townhomes, each with its own private yard. The Cottages will also feature a centralized clubhouse and resort-style pool.
