Seminole Financial Services Finances Two Solar Systems Totaling 25.3 MW

Belleair Bluffs, FL – Seminole Financial Services (“Seminole”), a leading provider of debt and tax credit equity financing for renewable energy transactions, announced the closing of two (2) solar transactions totaling $32.5 million of construction debt. These solar projects have a combined capacity of 25.3 MW and are located in the state of Oregon. Since 2009, Seminole has committed more than $1 billion in construction and permanent debt financing toward more than 150 solar and wind installations throughout the continental U.S. and Hawaii, for the equivalent of over 635 MW in installed renewable energy capacity.
