Ryan Cox Joins Seminole as Vice President of Business Development

Belleair Bluffs, FL (January 2, 2026) – Seminole Financial Services, LLC is pleased to announce that Ryan Cox has joined the firm as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Ryan will report directly to co-CEO Chris Diaz and collaborate closely with both Chris and Chief Development Officer Joe Ritter as the company continues expanding its renewable energy financing platform.

Ryan joins Seminole from Catalyst Energy Partners, where he served as an Associate focused on identifying, evaluating, and building deal pipelines for natural gas power generation opportunities. He is a 2021 graduate of Wake Forest University, where he earned a B.S. in Business and Energy Finance.

In his new role, Ryan will advance Seminole’s mission of providing integrated capital solutions—including construction and permanent financing—for distributed generation, commercial and industrial (C&I), community solar, small-scale utility, and energy storage projects ranging from 1 MW to 40 MW.
