Ryan joined Seminole in 2026 as Vice President – Business Development. Prior to joining SFS, he served as an Associate at Catalyst Energy Partners, where he helped build the firm’s development pipeline of thermal generation opportunities capable of implementing Surplus Interconnection Service (SIS) solar projects. In this role, he led efforts across permitting, interconnection, procurement, and financing. Ryan graduated from Wake Forest University in 2021 with a B.S. in Business and Energy Finance.
