Joe Ritter is the Chief Development Officer and a Partner at Seminole Financial Services. He has been with the firm since its inception in 2009. Throughout his career at Seminole, Joe has played a key role as an Underwriter and Asset Manager, overseeing a recurring portfolio of renewable energy and real estate transactions. As a member of Seminole’s senior management team, Joe leads the firm’s capital-raising initiatives, drives the expansion of its real estate platform, and cultivates long-standing relationships with the firm’s clients. He is also responsible for identifying, analyzing, and originating investment opportunities across the renewable energy and real estate markets. Joe is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida and holds the CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
