Jackie joined Seminole in 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial industry, along with extensive experience as a real estate paralegal. She has a strong background in closing and servicing residential, commercial, and multi-family housing loans. Jackie worked 11 years at MMA Financial, LLC, as Vice President of Loan Servicing, where she was responsible for servicing and administering a construction and permanent loan portfolio, managing a team of servicing and cash management analysts. She specialized in construction loans, including tax-exempt bonds, USDA, and FHA loans. Prior to MMA, Jackie worked as a Transition Asset Manager for a large tax-credit syndicator, overseeing a portfolio of over 140 LIHTC projects. She also served as Operations and Credit Manager at Armstrong World Industries in their cabinet manufacturing and sales division.
