Executive Assistant to co-CEO
Since joining Seminole in 2018, Balbina has served as Executive Assistant to co-CEO Chris Diaz, providing executive support while also partnering with the firm’s Business Development team. Prior to Seminole, she served as Executive Assistant and Corporate Secretary to the CEO/President of GulfShore Bank in Tampa, Florida.
Balbina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California.
